You can claim whatever you want, but your e-mails to me and Charlie(all of which have been saved) say otherwise. You admitted to both Charlie and myself that you sent the work back to us incomplete and unfinished. Please explain to me why I would want to send anything back to you when you sent it incomplete to begin with? You must think I have "STUPID" stamped on my forehead. You asked us how you could make it "right" and we suggested a 50% refund. You declined. Then you lowballed me for a refund and pissed and moaned because you spent $110 to next day air everything when you included 2nd day air in your pricing. Because of your ineptitude you think I should pay. Meanwhile, you've just admitted that you are having to redo your work for two other people which speaks volumes to everyone here on the forum. Ultimately, you had the TIME to take my money, but you did not have the TIME to do the work. Since you didn't have the TIME to do the work, it's TIME to pay the fiddler.
